PB Crunch
Sit on the physio ball and walk your feet out so that the middle of the ball is on the lower portion of your back right above your hips. Set your feet shoulder width apart with your toes pointed straight ahead. Draw-in your belly button towards your spine crunch upper body up toward the ceiling keeping your head in a neutral spine position in a slow and controlled manner, pause at the top and slowly descend back to starting position.
